3SFE Stalling

On my mum's RAV4 with a 3SFE, auto, sometimes the engine stalls after 1-2 seconds from starting but it hasn't done it recently. As of today, it stalled 2 times while driving, it was even at a steady speed and throttle. Engine can be started again after it stalls.
Any idea on what could be the problem?

Stuck idle control valve one of the things that will cause it.
