http://www.bahamutcars.com/workshop/IS_98-05/

look under
Electrical Wiring Diagrams
System Circuits

or

Electrical Wiring Diagrams
Overall Electrical Wiring Diagrams RHD

And a few topics that could be interesting:
Engine Control
Multiplexing Comunication System
Engine Immobilizer System
ECT
Ignition
ABS and Traction Control

Its a great website - with lots of info, just have to find it all, but sometimes has issues with firefox so might need to use IE

hope that helps

Thanks for the link Aaron, however thats almost certainly for USDM models. I need one for the JCE15w which was JDM only. I need to work out if there are any differences between the JCE15w Japanese Gita wiring and the USDM Lexus IS300.

No worries, Not sure how much difference there will be, I used that site to work out the body wiring and multiplex system, and seems the US IS200 match the Altezza RS200 99% of the time (except different engine stuff - but the interface is pretty much the same)

This is true - it certainly will be of some help - im trying to work out if some of the US made plug and play ECU harnesses or computer packages will work or not. It seems the 2001 US IS300 is different from the 2002+ US IS300 (completly different connectors on ECU) however my gita with 2J looks same layout as the 2001 US IS300. Just wanted to check pins before i invest moderate sums of cash into engine management LOL.
