More Juice?

OK well surely there must have been a topic on this. I've been searching on here for well close to an hour trying different word combos.

I'm now looking at getting some more power out of my MAP 4agze.
Currently it only has a 175mm pulley and front mount inter-cooler making 100KW ATW.

Now i couldn't find hard facts but are blue top cams a worthwhile upgrade for the 4agze?
4age red top throttle body. I understand these are slightly larger?
And would a larger, or aftermarket inter-cooler be worthwhile?
Ive only got a Toyota Supra inter-cooler at the moment.

The dyno place here in Cairns are reasonably cheap, managed to get a power run at $80 each, no booking required.
So if i get anything changed it will definitely be on the dyno to prove anything worth while. And so far changing to Synthetic 10w-40 and a K&N panel filter has gains of 2kw, so i would recommend that...probably.

I'm not going that wild with modifications yet.
Just a few cheap mods.

Please link me to some good articles.
Mods with dyno sheets a bonus.
Really love beating the V8 boys here in Australia. Ohh the look on their faces when its a humble Corolla passing them. Its great.

I apologize if there's an article already. Surely there must be.
110kw is my goal. Best to have a realistic goal.

up fuel pressure, change for top mount to water to air of front mount. bigger s/c like sc14 or charge to turbo, on standard ecu.

Get a custom pulley kit and a more free flowing exhaust with extractors and you will notice the difference. Blue top cams are an easy way to get a bit more lift, and they pretty much fit right in.

Ohh already has a 2.25" exhaust.
I thought a 175mm pulley is the biggest you can go, ie 14psi.

Already has Supra front mount.

How much would you up the fuel pressure by?

would be interesting to see the difference (dyno plot)-
propably got no hole in bonnet, also would become a heat interchange quickly as oz is alot hotter than nz (and they become heat sinks here), maybe worth tapping on to ur a/c and put cooler it intercooler pipes? dropping intake temps would help heaps if u knew right ppl to help u.
