4E-FE repair manual?

Anyone here got an online 4E-FE repair manual? I would like to do the cambelt and waterpump, and would like to have a manual to look at and doing it properly instead of just smashing the covers up and doing it no grip styles, thanks :P
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

I have Celica manual, which has various instructions for other motors as well. Happy to attempt to photo copy some pages if you like.
