Gen 3 ISBV + AP Engineering PFC

Hi again, after plugging most of the sensors back in (bar a few), I have found that if I plug in the ISBV plug in, my PowerFC just stays on the splash screen, has the ISBV been changed in Gen 3? I tried both ST205 and MR2 Gen 3 ISBV and they both fail at the APEX'i splash screen. But if I unplug it, everything works fine on the PowerFC. Unfortunately I don't have a Gen 2 throttle body anymore, gone with the trash, so I cannot verify anything.
