3sgte bearing cap torque specs

Does anyone here have access to a manual to see what the torque specs for the camshaft bearing cap bolts on a 3SGTE are?
I did a quick google search without finding a diffinitive awnser.
Being a 10mm headed bolt I'd imagine it's stuff all but would prefer to use a torque wrench considering I've got one here.
