Hey guys, does anyone know if an MINES Ecu for a Auto caldina will fit/work on a manual?

Probably not as it would get errors because the ABS/VSC and Transmission sensors were not connected.

However, even if it did work why would you want it???

AFAIK it's not tunable, would likely have a more agressive ignition map than the standard ECU and would cause even more problems running on the shit NZ fuel than the sock ECU.

FWIW my Caldina came with a HKS FCON-S piggyback ECU which is tunable but only by an HKS approved workshop. It only gave about 10HP more and probably contributed to the engine failure I had, so I removed it when I installed the new engine.

i looked into it and no it wont work. too many error codes to make it worth while.
