4g63 sohc timing???

hi guys i have a 4g63 sohc motor in my l300 over here in oz. just replaced the cambelt + valve steam seals.
Ive got the timing sweet as per the manual but its still pinking hard, revs wont get over 3500...
could the dizzy be out 1 tooth?
it starts 1st pop on the key just is missing on idel, then pinkng on revs.

any help let me know
