w series gearbox to 4age bellhousing release bearing issue

hey there just got the gearbox into my car and got pieced together and started it today getting ready for the nats and when the clutch is engaged it makes a funny noise and dont feel right at all. the parts i have are
nite parts bellhousing
4agze flywheel
exedy 3 puk racing clutch
some toyota clutch fork out of a 91 hilux
gsb427 release bearing
ae86 slave cylinder
just wondering what others are using or had any issues like this will pull it apart later in the week but any insight would be great
