ae101 fxgt boot leak??

Just wondering if this is a common problem with the ae101's, i had an ae92 fxgt that leaked a little in hard rain in the wheel well but was wondering if it was the same in the newer models?? Hopefully as simple as a slightly stuffed boot rubber?? or is this not usually seen in these??

Could be leaking through the lights?

i dont think so, the middle channel of the boot seal was full with water, but i'll have a closer look at the lights as well
