toyota hilux smoking

I have a 1992 Toyota hilux and iv noticed when i start it, it puffs out a small cloud of what looks to be blue smoke, it dosent appear to smoke when im driving or at any other time, just when i start it, anyone know what this might be or whats causing it? any need for concern?

engine is a 22r (2.4 petrol, carburated)

Quite possibly valve stem seals, May also do it after periods sitting at traffic lights
