aw11 dash lights wont turn off

just got back form a trip up north and the super charger light, charge light, water light and engine fan light are all coming on but the supercharger is working, alternator is working, its not getting hot and the fan for the engine bay is working. any ideas?

poor earth somewhere? Possibly rust related.

bahaha yeah dirty rusty mr2 but where could it rust :/ are they on the same circuit? the handbrake and check engine light turn off after startup

Start with cleaning the main earth's where it bolts to the chassis and engine and see what happens or else it's off to the auto sparky for you!

Recheck Charge rate from alternator , both Loaded and unloaded. Also check Alternator sensing fuse has not blown or the wire has not gone open circuit.

My bet would be Alternator related. Either Alt, reg or a fault in wiring.

They dont run a sense wire to the alt like almost every other Toyota Alt as they run an external regulator on the supercharged MR2's,

so the regulator and the alternator are both very specific items.
Cannot be interchanged with non SC MR2 items.

And I have a spare for sale of both if you get stuck.

as i forgot to do up the little nut that holds the wire on to the alternator

try there first
