oem adjustable fuel pressure regulator for upgrade

found a bosch 0 280 160 001 in the my brothers shed. im running a Chinese adjustable fpr and dont like checking it every time i go out so peace of mind. Its for a 20det cefiro. As i have a pressure guage for it allready can i use the bosh?. Read a bit on other sites about returnless fuel systems. mine has 2 line to take so i assume it is return type. so wanting to know if this can be used?
