best place for coolant lines on turbo

where is the best place for me to plumb my coolant lines 2 and from my turbo on a blacktop?

After it exits from the head.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

T into inlet and outlet of the cabin heater pipes. This way you will make sure that it will not be affected by thermostat, and there will be decent flow.

radiator -> engine block and head -> turbo -> radiator.
