3STGE ECU mapping differences

Is there any difference in the mapping/power of a manual 3sgte ecu versus the auto one? The ST215 3sgte's are nearly all autos.....

IIRC the auto ECU's aren't as agressively tuned as the manuals. That aside, it's a drama getting the Auto ecu to run the engine without the auto gearbox attached. I'd bin them straightaway and go to a Link or other aftermarket ECU.

I've found a manual ecu for the project.... just have to figure out the wiring!
