4AGE 20v BT: help with removing A/C pump but retaining PS

Because it has been nothing but trouble. Been through a few of them because of bearing issues. Now consider it is due to excess play in the mount for in the adjuster pulley (belt has not been overtensioned). Will be seeking a replacement and rebuild and re-gas of my current unit rather than the previous plan.
