Try your local radiator shop as they will prolly make up there own pipes from time to time and they may have one. Pity you dont live in auckland as i could do it for you at work

The tool that we use at work is called a Ridge Roller in our industry anyhow.

yeah that was the only useful hit I found actually, do you know how much it cost? Having one would be quite handy, but unless I can get one for a reasonable price I'll just make one like the sweet vice-attachment one shown in the DIY link I posted

this is similar to what i use, i dont use the guides, just hold the tube steady and do a couple of runs

Clamps & safety wire or spring/s. Why have huge/heavy T-clamps on such lightweight fragile stuff? Not bling?
It may not look nice afterward, but a light smear of gasket cement or even just being clean, compared to the lube that you may have use to install the tube & hose, will help.

T clamps are over kill, plain hose clamps/jubilee clips are perfectly adequate, and used by OEM
