92 sw20 turbo replacment shocks

Brought a sw20 turbo :)

Had a boost tap installed though and was boosting 15psi...

Thankfully i blew the headgasket up on the way home........

Dammit. I got the car for $800 so im not too upset.

Ill put a new headgasket on and see how long that lasts before i build up a new (standerd) engine.

Any way, it appears to have a non turbo front LH strut in it,

I figured ill just buy some KYB replacments from BNT.

$140ish a side, sound aboout right?

Will they be a good replacement?

Any other aftermarket shock i should consider instead of the kyb's?

Will using the standered springs be ok, i do i want to consider some teins or some thing.

they are bound to be better than whats in there, nothing wrong with KYB

Cheers guys, I thought I would double check.

Brought a headgaskit kit yesterday,

Its been metioned to me that I should take it back to get a gen 3 headgasket which is steel from what i understand?


I also got some headstuds, not fancy arp stuff though, just the BNT gear.
