surge tank setup and pumps legal for street use?

hey, ive got my surge tank setup done with twin bosch pumps just wondering if there are any restrictions for when i get my cert later on,, like do i have to block off the rear of the car so the tank etc isnt in the same area as the driver/passengers? btw car is a supra mkiv and its sitting in the spare tyre well, cheers pat
current: 96' Supra RZS single Gt42 490kw at 20psi, daily - Hiace 2.7 van '05
previous: 92' mr2 g-limited, fuls gen 2 turbo conversion, steel ct20b, external etc etc
drift car: 94' silvia s14 sr20det 307kw @18psi
