Testing each sensor isnt as hard as it sounds, and it WILL eliminate things from your list rather than using guesswork.

Is there any possibility that some of the ignition loom has been crimped between the coil cover and cam cover, exposing the wire slightly and now youre getting a short circuit?

Do you have an ecu you could borrow to swap to eliminate that possibility too?

At the moment I am just waiting to get my top radiator hose from Toyota. I will take it to a sparky to see if they can isolate the fault.
