a340e no reverse or nuetral

recently my a340e behind my 7m in the cressida lost reverse and nuetral and now will slowly drive foward in reverse for a few metres then will torque up when you try accelerate , and now nuetral drives it foward as a 1st gear but drive drives fine using all gears, anyone want to shed some light on this, am looking for another gearbox if anyone knows or has one

Had an auto that started playing that game, ended up in the bin, I have a a340e from a 1g? You can swap the bells over iirc.

it's stuffed, driving will cause more damage. my A340 showed the same signs.
