Who can make me a nice skid plate for my ST165.
The requirements are:
preferably single piece alloy of 4-5mm thickness.
something like that:

Just make a template out of cardboard, measure the degree of any bends that need to be made and pop up to Pauls Sheet Metals on Poland road and get them to cut it and bend it for you

They are great guys and will look after you.

Thanks, any idea on the cost (ballpark)?

Also, try and come up with a method of attaching it that doesn't leave a bolt head protruding.
They get rounded off on the road pretty quickly, and then you can't get a spanner onto them.

counter sunk bolts with allen key.

Make a template and go see kev at one stop cutting shop and have it water or laser cut, then just have the front folded
Use rivnuts to make captive nuts were needed and like you say just use some countersunk cap screws,
