Very strange that it isn't throwing an ECU code then. I'd check timing first, blacktop should be around 10º BTDC. Given that it runs fine when cold, I'd check the TPS resistances to make sure its hitting the idle switch when the throttle is closed. Could be a failed water temp sensor overfuelling a warm engine as well but the ECU should throw the related code and it'd blow black smoke.
Have you tried resetting the ECU? Disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes. Take it for a thrash and then check for codes.. if still nothing, disconnect the o2 sensor under the car, take it for a drive and see if it throws the o2 code.. if not, I'd be borrowing another ECU to try.
