how do i make my display picture small?

i wanna upload a picture for my profile on here but dunno how to make it 100 x 100 any help?

Are you on Windows?

If so, right-click the image and select 'resize picture'.

Then pick 'Custom' and enter 100 wide by 100 high.

This will make it 100 wide (if landscape) or 100 high (if portrait).
