AE101 GTZ D.Speed chipped ECU

Postby Townace » Thu Jun 06, 2013 4:16 pm

Im taking a GTZ to bits at the moment and found the ECU has a D.Speed piggyback board in it.
Any one have an idea on what it does to the factory ECU parameters?

I'd hazard a guess its the usual tuned ROM deal - no speed cut, rev limit raised/removed, fuelling and timing to suit 100 octane fuel.
Interestingly, they still appear to be in business, could be worth trying to email them if there are any other numbers on it perhaps
1988 KE70 Wagon - Slowly rusting
1990 NA6 MX-5 - because reasons
2018 Ranger - Because workcar
1997 FD3S RX-7 Type R - all brap, all the time
OMG so shiny!

I did that for my AE101 4AGZE Mine's ECU, sent them an email, quoted the part numbers off the ecu and they actually got back to me with what had been done to it :)
