Engines up to and including 2000cc need to have a minimum of 1 litre catch tank capacity

Engines exceeding 2000cc shall have a min of 2 litre catch tank capacity

I cant remember if the above engine capacity is pre or post the equivalence factor being applied.

It is just on straight engine size , no equivalence factor is applied in this rule 8)

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

Looks good, sounds like you have a good plan!

Keep an eye out for or make a skid plate to put on the front to shield the Intercooler if you can, you ideally want it above something solid, you may find yourself knocking the pipes off and bending the mounts often.

what if you done repairs to the car and forgot to put the onboard extinguisher fuse back in??

happened to Hayden Paddon's Evo4 when it burnt. apparently.

Yep, good point's, you would be gutted if that happened. Its not my car, he just mentioned that when we were going over the extinguisher rules.

Either way I will do whatever they ask as I want to race and would not argue over something like that.

IMO a catch can would be one of the better performance mods to do,
especially on a car with a knock sensor and a standard ECU.

You would be amazed at how much HP you loose from having the oil vapours going back into the engine.
