swapping gtz non lsd to lsd gearbox

If I am swapping from a non lsd ae101 gtz gearbox to an lsd box from the same chassis do I need both half shafts or is it just the drivers side that is different?
Also are they the same as turbo mr2?

Another quick question, the car is an ae92, I have broken a selector cable, what else is compatible? Will ae101 shifter cables work?
