LHD AE86 Dist

I had someone ask a question to me if I had a 4AGE distributor with a 4 tooth reluctor on the bottom and a single tooth on top.

I have a couple of early distributor and a smallport one, and they are all 24 tooth at the bottom,
early ones are 4 tooth on top, and smallport and GZE are single tooth,
so I replied saying that they are not availabe as it seemed they were not made that way.


Anyway I was going through some other boxes of stuff and what did I find but a 4tooth /1 tooth 4AGE distributor.

I have checked the part number of it and it is 19100-16100.
Now according to toyodiy that part number only came out on the LHD AE86 ?

How the hell would I have ended up with a LHD AE86 Distributor?

Has anyone seen one like this before?

Yes I have seen one, was on a early ae86 that I was putting a Link onto - I had to send the Link back to get reconfigured from memory.
