It may not be helpful to you as its not a specific torque rating, but when I did my cam cover gasket on my ST183, I didn't torque them, but just wound them hand tight, then they took another turn on the spanner before they started to feel stiff and tighter, but not crazy clamped down, then after a heat cycle and letting it cool once again I was able to get another half turn out of them, and then on the next heat cycle I was able to get a quarter turn
checked them again a month later and they were pretty sweet, no more needed, and even before the second tightening, it was not weeping oil on the first run after replacing the seals, so you probably don't need to go too crazy with them
