but let me get this straight,if i have 4age extractors do they all go into a double pipe then one or can u just run one pipe straight tru?

you can run them into one, but i wouldnt, a 4-1 system is not the best for a stock road going 4age. 4-2-1 is the way to go.
go talk to an exhaust shop

those extractors could be cut there cos they are 4-1 and only need one single pipe to come off that collector.

i have a set of stock silvertop extractors and down past the 3 flexis for sale soon as i have a nice looking set of blacktop extractors and custom sectioned piping after that god they is pretty

I have tidied up this thread, please stay on topic, I find myself doing this quite regulary these days!
You can't chip Toyota ecu's so yeah I'd be doing the basics first, coby make cheapish extractors for the 16valve 4age, partsco.com sell them.

i do " and am " admiting defeet on this one for the $ side of things i do know first hand that a link does not cost that much... hence i sorched a brand new one for my mates rb20det s13

but in my opinon y go stand alone ecu? whats the point?
theres piggy back ecus on the market that do a way better job than most stand alone ecus and + they keep the drive-a-bility of the car intacked

a good stand alone ecu is fully tunable, piggy backs are nto as good, dont give you the scope or options. for a near stock motor a pigy back may be ok, but for full gains and flexibility a proper ecu is best. also a lot are laptop tunable allowing you to store different maps. eg road use and then one for the drags....

spose it comes down to what your using it for and how stock the motor is
