It will be partially true, it will increase velosity... not not flow at all.

so the air will swirl more... POSSIBLY giving a better combustion.

but its not worth paying for...

How could something that creates a restriction increase the velocity of air?
The kinetic energy of the air would be scavenged by the rotation of the blades...therefore the air wod have less forward velocity. It might have higher 'swirl' speed but probably wod not compensate for the reduction in forward velocity.

If someone was blowing air on your face , do you think you will feel more
air if they blew on your face directly, or blew air through a childs windmill toy?

If this thing yielded any type of benefit, why dont people use it in motorsport?
I'l consider buying it when the Croydon's Supra uses it :o
