wow, theres a auto electric place in timaru by the library that did it for $120

this may sound odd, but when i blew the head gasket in mine, i had the same problem as what you described

it went away after i fixed the blown gasket

but i just assumed it was due to a bad earth/dicky plug, that i inadvertedly fixed by chance (after pulling everything of the engine to get the head off)

but possibly it was the blown gasket after all?

I would check that, but im down to my last $300 it fix the car (or even getting it $&#$% diagnosed) and it i take the head off and find out it wasnt it, i would have to replace the gasket again..

pull out your fuel pump..make sure its working o.k

get your injectors tested

re-check all earths again
