I used to have the car running fine when the relay wasnt plugged up. It just runs like a normal 16valve. The car has been sitting around for a year now so it would suprise me if the pump etc is clogged up. And no i have not replaced the bolt with a solid one:P

put on truck , take to sparky , and PAY to have fixed.

Yea well im trying to get it going first...hoping its not eletrical as i know thats going to cost me alot of money.

yeah random problems can be a bitch to diagnose, i spent a solid month going over wiring diagrams and thinking i was stupid because i coudln't see what the problem with the wiring was (all signs pointed to something weird in the wiring). turned out the fuel pump in the car was somehow overpowering the stock fuel pressure reg (figured this out after replacing almost every sensor in the car)

yea i have replaced alot in the car and its starting to anoy me as i have spent over 1500 in parts and labour on getting it to go etc!!! i could have nearly turboed it by now!!!

Well your right...it is eletrical. Fuel injectors cut out at 2500 rpm and now need to check fault codes but i have no dash lights :cry:

Will have to track down a 4agze ecu map to track down the wires

Another guess with those symptoms would be incorrectly or non functioning TPS.

Try unplugging it and see what happens.

TPS is all good. I had a mate come around and put his on and there was no difference. Will be off to a sparky this week and shal go from there

Meant to say incorrectly wired, but if the car has been running with that loom before then it should be ok.

the ZE has been in the car for 3years and i have owned it for 18months. It was all running ages ago and then the charger stuffed out and i took it off the road and now its just one thing after another. The injectors are cutting out at 2700 now but still dont know why that is happening. Will have to check up fault codes and see whats going on.

Went on Google just before and couldnt find anything about what fault code represents what...can anyone help with that?
