shit... thats like the free turbo you get and use when youre totally boned and setting up a 4age turbo setup for use with factory ecu and with bits out of your mums sewing kit.
you should get the front bumper off the pulsar too whilst youre at it, totally cool.
seriously, m10 goes great, yada yada... but life is a lot simpler with a t25 or t25g.
for f/sake 4 age turbo issuses

I had the same thing with my 4agte never ending work . two cam cover breathers and make sure you keep your oil level below the bottom of oil return . sounds like your sumps getting pressurised with blow by
