Small compressors only have enough volume to do 1 or 2 panels at a time, but you can always take a teabreak while you let the compressor catch its breath.

IRRC when i looked at buying one, you need about 9 cubic foot of airflow per minute to run a spray gun effectively.

Always use a water trap when painting. And have it mounted on the wall away from the compressor so you actually trap some water.

Spend plenty of time getting to know how to adjust the gun you have, and practice getting the right mixture and spread..
