90db exhaust level?

^^have counted 5 r32 on TM so far that are dead,

does the law say its just for exhaust noise only? or is it "noisy car" because my intake is WAY louder then my exhaust at WOT,

Just exahust.

Yea my intake is fairly loud too, i could imagine with quads it would be far far worse.

its not just the exhaust noise,, its also the people that test it,, for an mr2 the limit is 99dp hnce the mr engine setup, but the people that custiom made my 3inch exhaust tested it and it came out as 94dp and the cert guy (a complete retard) tested it and got 116dp :roll: :roll: i needed a silcencer for a cert but when i get a wof now i dont!! the inconsistency is pathetic!!

I would have thought that if they were both using the recommended test procedure that they would get results fairly similar... a difference of 22dB is huge, considering at an increase of 3dB is close to doubling.

Was he certing your exhaust?
