Handy to know.

Mine was done at Torque Performance, they normally do open dyno days every first Saturday of every month.

But they have just moved from Fremlin Place to Patiki Road so best to contact Robin there first

Bum!

Know that On The Limit Motorsport and MagandTurbo here on the shore have their own dyno now, power runs are $100 regardless if your 2WD or 4WD

Ouch!

Shore Performance have a dyno too maybe drop them a line perhaps

If you think of a dyno day as entertainment(cause really it's not much more), then $100 for a couple of hours isn't bad...

I could think of better ways to blow $100, but thats a different discussion all together.

I've gained a fair bit of useful information by taking my car back to dyno day at TP with a slightly revised setup each time.... Something you cant do if you've paid for a few hours on the dyno. Unless you want to be paying them by the hour to watch your exhaust cool down enough till you can swap it for a different setup, or fiddle around with your intake, or... whatever.

RIP TP monthly dyno days, you will be missed.

Should hit NZPC mag up see if they can organize dyno days again. I went to one of theirs at TP when I had the Levin. $50 2WD or $60 with lambada.
But I guess like everything of late the price will be nearly double what it used to be...

*edit* AFR was between 12.7 and 12.9 right through the rev range.

I'm very happy with the gains through the rev range, overtaking is no much easier, and fuel consumption on the return trip appears to be far less(14%) than the trip up there, even with a head wind on the return... and I was driving considerably harder on the trip home.

Oh yeah, tuned on Shell V-power(their new 95, co-developed with Ferrari... yeah right)

is the red line the base map and the black line the latest tune?
Or is the red a previous tune?

the lower line is what state it was in prior, which was fairly close to the factory power FC tune, way too advanced timing up to 3500RPM, and way too rich apparently.

The point where it is making marginally less power is when it was knocking badly on the previous tune.

High Velocity dyno in Glenfield.. Bout $90-100 for power runs. Got a couple other Altezza 3SGE graphs from there if you ever get something to compare from there.
Found it to be very accurate and have worked back HP figures from cars that have been engine dyno'd & pretty much spot on.
Have redyno'd cars after 2-3 months with no changes and within 1rwkw each time!?
Anyways, had much good experience with this dyno. Not the biggest figures for bragging rights, but consistent, unbiased and accurate.
