You definitely don't have a clue about what you are looking at or about their condition.
It's everything connecting the chassis/body to the wheel and it needs to be pried pushed pulled tugged twisted on with a pry bar, not just your fingers, those parts deal with hundreds of kilos.

Ummm..... the 8 control arm bushes in the rear can be felt by jacking the car up and pushing on the wheel by hand, likewise with the swaybar bushes, and quite often with the swaybar link arms. No tool required, except a jack

Thanks for the tip! My GTR is making that noise in the back left only, had suspected shock (as its stock + 100k) but will have a nosey at that :D
