Yeah they do. Most mainstream policies have uninsured motorist extension with cover up to $3k or $4k with no loss of no claims discount where fault is established againt the other driver. Have had that on my policies for close to 10 years I think? Although my premiums have gone from $75 to around $125 a year over the last 3 years.
