Sup guys, i can get a short shift for 1990 corolla onwards. will this fit

dont know if it will fit or not, but they are at least easy to put in if you can operate a screwdriver and a socket set. It should be similar to my mr2 in that it is a remote shifter, so you just take off as much trim as needed to expose it, then remove the shifter linkages, unbolt the old shifter and bolt the new one in, reconnect the linkages then take it for a quick testdrive to make sure then put your trim back on.
I took my old one out and shortened it by moving the pivot point up then spacing the shift base down a bit, was dead easy. it only cost me 45 dollars for a 2nd hand shifter to modify (didnt need it in the end so now have a spare shifter. :D ) then made a new gearknob on the lathe cos the old one wouldnt fit. Good fun and well worth the days effort.
