done it, ran a 13.06 yesterday at ruapuna, in the back of an aw11 :) mines turbo though.

quite a bit involved, biggest problem is computer - most aftermarket ecu's dont like quad throttles and boost (ie is very tricky to tune). i converted to single tb, custom inlet manifold, custom exhaust manifold, bigger injectors etc etc blah blah

not really worth it for the trouble, just turbo your 4agze.

cheers

how much is involved in swapping the supercharger for a turbo? is it just a straight swap or what?
what about twin charging?

Nice time Mister2. Impressed. So you found the wonders of trying to tune a turbo setup with quads aye!! Haha. The guy who will be tuning my link+ hates it when people with GTiR's come in for retunes or installs. :D

I hace 20V turbo with link and Quads and dont seem to have a problem.
Its all to do with where you pick up the vacuum feeed from and how you combine the vacuum feeds from them.

i dont think its so much tuning them for power which is a problem (see Speedtech's DX :)) but its the tuning them for driveability in a daily driven car. part throttle situations and so on.

cheers

i have a 20v with link plus and quads and it runs mint. It use's tps for row selection. It's not turbo but the link plus supports mapping using both tps and map. tps for vacumm and map for boost. You can use the tps for stable row selection with flucuating vacumm signals or low vacumm signals but as the engine starts boosting the map signal steadies out thus switching to map.
