3SGE ECU

Does anyone know if a st162 3SGELU ecu would work on a later model, eg. st182 3sge?

If you use the ST162 loom, sensors, injectors etc then yes.

gen 162 and 185

no it wont work as the st162 had tvis and the later 185 had acustic control short or longer inlet manifold plus heaps of differences

Yup the 182 3S is non tvis with funky acoustic system

Wouldn't the St162 TVIS intake manifold just bolt up to the head of the ST182 3SGE?

182 3S has small oval ports similar to GenIII GTE
So I wouldnt have thought so
