Can n e 1 plz explain how horn switch on steering wheel works on EP91 Starlet Glanza V?

I got my starlie with no horn... I pressed the button but it ain't work... I just pulled out steering wheel... and I found two wires connected to the steering wheel...

1) Green wire [Steering Wheel -> Soldered to the place near the BOSS kit ]

2) Black wire [Steering Wheel -> snapped off about 5 cm long]

I am guessing that Black wire is snapped off and that's why my horn [cracktion] is not working...

I tried getting a + from the battery and attached it to the black wireand no... not working

I tried getting a - from the battery and attached it to the black wire... and no... not working

I tried searching the rest of the black wire which is snapped off but... no... couldn't find it....

Can n e one plz help? heh...

The horn uses a normally open circuit, touch the two wires together and thy horn shall make sound...

as jinkz said. its a break in the positive or negative side of the of the horn relay circuit
