they are really common, I have one ;)

picked mine up for $750, little rough but in good running order. Mine's a liftback. Sounds like your one would be worth aroun $1500, maybe a little more?

got a mate whos had a couple. go pretty well like most 4ages do.

even better with a lil snail strapped to the side of it.

most of them have a fair few km's on them by now.

whats the condition of the leather interior like?

i'm trying to decide if i should get this for the moment (because it would have a bit of power) instead of just a lame 1300cc corolla

at the moment economy is the goal

dude 4ages are realy good on gas if ya dont thrash them with the 1300 youll find ya use more gas cause its carbie and ya have to thrash it to get anywhere it cost me $40 to get from aucks to wanganui 8) (bluetop)

is it a 4dr hatch ya talking about cause those would be a bit rare

yea i used to own one of these (liftback has it now) and yea there are pretty rare.
if i know wot one you are talking about i wouldnt think twice about buying it.
i went to have a look at it, and it smoked like $&#$% shit the guy who was selling it was selling it for his friend and he kept insisting that they came out with redtops standard. also this thing is quite rusty and quite dirty inside. it also appears to have the hatch part changed coz the spoiler is slightly smaller
