trd head gasket

hey im looking at a trd head gasket, i have been toldputting one of these on mylevin ae111 4age will increase the compression? this rite? if so wot will incresed compression do? more power?

im just gonna tell u the same thing everyone told me, do a search cos its in this tech section somewhere, i only read half of it but what i got told is that if u take .1 of a mm of ur head gasket it will increase ur compression by .1 ( roughly)
