speedo swap?

my KM counter stopped ticking over and the WOF people found it had stopped and i brought a replacement, but here the problem. the one in there at the mo has a 105KM/H chimer and the replacement does not, can i swap them over and still keep the chimer?

If it has the outputs for it then yes, it can be kept.
