Supra CT-26 to fit ST165

Postby gtstarped » Thu Jul 29, 2004 2:32 pm

Hey Guys,

I bought a supra CT-26 a while back to modify it to fit my ST165. Anyway I took it in today to get it rebuilt and they said yeah no worries about turning the housing but the actuator is going to be a real problem. In the end I thought I would do some more research before I get it rebuilt as I didn't think that it was going to be that big of a deal. They said that they didn't want to cut the actuator to reposition it as it is not good with heat and will damage the inside.

Has anybody got photos or a template of an actuator support they have made to attach the ST165 actuator to the supra compressor housing. From looking at it I thought that it would be fine to just tap the bung on the compressor housing and it would be sweet but it appears to sit to close to the intake were the turbo elbow attaches and wouldn't pull the the actuator rod straight.

Any help would be awesome.

Cheers
