wanting to upgrade my standard fuel pump and injectors on my 20v turbo 4age.
What shud i use???

If you are still using the side feed setup then I have some GT4 injectors that will go straight in. They are 420cc.

If you are going to stay with an intank pump there are a few to choose from, what are you trying to do??

surprised that u hvnt got an upgraded fuel pump on that thing, shud be done sometime turbo conversion i wudv thought, and also upgrade injectors or an additional one

Yea basiclly i over looked the injectors and fuel pump, took the car to INFORMOTIVE in rotorua for wiring and tuning on the standard items, he's going to do his best with what he's got.
but i will most probally be going for the GT4 injectors and a larger pump.

Don't forget when upgrading the pump, if you go too far over stock, chances are the FPR won't be able to keep the pressure down enough, and will load up the injectors along with running rich as.

whats the Lpm rating of stock 4a-ge pumps?
16v and 20v.

dunno but have seen 300hp on a stock bluetop fuel pump

but i asked that, coz i brought my 4a-ge pump-less and i have to buy one anyway, good excuse for urgrading. Need to know the flow rate to justfy a suitable upgrade without overkilling it.

just tryin to tie it in with this thread :wink:
