ST185 not starting and check engine light not working

Yeah, I've checked the EFI fuse, as well as the main EFI relay, and the IGN fuse. I've checked all the supply to the ECU, and it's fine. The check engine light works if I remove connector E, so all the power and the light etc is fine. Just either something about the connections through connector E, or something about the ECU.
