MY GOD!

Why is it every time a topic like this turns up, people start saying stuff without READING the article...
I guess reading is too tough for some people...

Okay, I'm no expert, but I have just finished my Electronics Engineering degree, and have SOME understanding of what's required.
And this guy has pretty much hit the nail on the head. Everything he's done should work.

ye olde superconductor might be required to run a simple fan to make boost, but this isn't a simple fan. His method was pretty much how I thought it would be done. Electric motor driving a blower.

Anyways. Glad I didn't try making this thing. Don't think I woulld ever have done it!

To the "Why bother. Just turbo it" people, you can mount this in your boot! Okay the intake tract would be rather long, but you can mount it in your boot! How cooool is that!
Try that with you turbo setup!

And for the "But turbos are free power", that's a slight flasehood too...

Please READ the article before you start making posts... it'll stop pepole from raving... like the above!

I don't claim to know everything... That doesn't mean it isn't true....
